Back for another year, this certified Organic lot from Peru assembles high quality harvests from the Estrella Divina group. As members of Origin Coffee Lab’s support programme, producers have access to training and resources that contribute to quality and long-term sustainability. Typical in Peru, the in-cherry fermentation brings forward notes of fresh fruits. Following this, the coffee is depulped and washed. The result is a sweet and fruity coffee that is sure to fit right into your morning cappuccino or latte routine.
