About this course
In this course, given by one of our experienced baristas, you will learn how to make espressos using techniques commonly used by industry professionals. We will walk through the different types of domestic machines and grinders available on the market and learn the techniques to achieve successful espresso making as well as diagnose the most common extraction problems. Basic maintenance techniques for an espresso machine and a grinder will also be discussed.
Some safety measures during the session :
We reduced the number of participants in all our classes to a maximum of 5 people. You will need to show a proof of vaccination when you arrive. Mask wearing is mandatory in the parts of the session that doesn’t require tasting. We recommend that you bring your own mask, but disposable masks will be available if you need one. Please use the hand sanitizer when you enter the café. If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, please stay home.
Please note that the classes are not reimbursable. With a 72-hour notice or more, you can exchange your class for a gift card. With a notice shorter than 72 hours, you can resell your ticket or give it to someone that will come to the class instead of you.
