If you want to simplify your life or serve several people at the same time, the automatic filter machine is certainly your best ally. If several parameters are supported by your machine, the key to success still lies in the precision and quality of your ingredients. Here is our recipe and the equipment we recommend for this method.

Step N°1

Weigh and grind 47g of coffee.

Step N°2

Fill the reservoir of your coffee maker with 750 g (or mL) of cold filtered water.

Step N°3

Place your paper filter in the basket. If you can remove the basket from your coffee maker, rinse the filter thoroughly and discard the water.

Step N°4

Place the ground coffee so that it is level. Start the machine.

Step N°5

Stir the liquid and serve.
