Return and Refund Policy

Coffee Purchases

We put our heart into offering you freshly roasted, flavourful coffee. As a perishable product, coffee sales are unfortunately non-refundable. However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please email us at cafe@sainthenri.ca, and we will work together to find a solution. 

Merch and Equipment

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at cafe@sainthenri.ca. Once we’ve received your item, we’ll notify you by email about the approval of your refund. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 days. If more than 30 days have passed but less than two months, we will offer you store credit.

Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

Ship-to-Store Orders

For added convenience, we offer a ship-to-store option, allowing you to pick up your order at one of our coffee shop locations. However, please note that our coffee shops do not handle returns, exchanges, or any customer service inquiries related to these orders. All returns and inquiries for ship-to-store purchases must be handled directly through our central customer service team by contacting cafe@sainthenri.ca.

If you wish to return an item from a ship-to-store order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. You will be responsible for returning the product to our central warehouse. The coffee shop where you picked up the order cannot process or facilitate returns, refunds, or exchanges. 

Lost or Damaged Orders

Delivery can sometimes be unpredictable, but we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure your package is tracked and delivered safely. If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at cafe@sainthenri.ca, providing your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.


Coffee Quality and Brewing Tips

Our roasting process emphasizes the distinctive flavors of each origin, but we understand that tastes can vary. If the coffee does not meet your expectations or if you have any questions about the best brewing methods, we are here to help. Feel free to reach out to us; we will be happy to offer tips or recommend coffees that better match your preferences, ensuring every cup is a true experience.


Grind Ajustments

To preserve the full aromatic richness of your coffee, we recommend grinding fresh just before brewing for optimal results. However, if you opted for pre-ground coffee and it doesn’t perfectly suit your brewing method, let us know. We’ll adjust the grind for your next order and provide you with a discount code to ensure you have the best grind for your equipment.

Gift cards and sale items are not eligible for refunds.
