More than 80% of our coffee beans are purchased directly from producers, fostering a close relationship year after year. We also work with import partners and cooperatives selected for their commitment to quality and transparency. We work hard to make the coffee industry fair and sustainable. Our coffees are roasted in Montreal, by our master roasters. We choose to carry out light roasting to preserve and enhance all the specificities of the terroir of each of our coffees. We have also chosen a specific roast for our espresso beans and for those for the filter to have an optimal result in the cup according to your preferred infusion method. It’s this approach that allows us to offer you a remarkable cup, every time.
Our coffees mainly come from small producers who grow micro-lots and although they use little or no chemicals on their plots, organic certification represents an exorbitant cost for them. Our objective is to support our producers as much as possible in improving their production, in particular by ensuring them an income that will allow them to achieve an organic transition. As for the Canales family who are making our wish to make our Cielo the first coffee to always be organic at Café Saint-Henri.
Although the coffee can be consumed without problem several years after the roasting date, we advise you to taste it within 3 months following the roasting date indicated on the bottom of your bag in order to make the most of its freshness. To preserve the freshness of your coffee, we recommend storing it in an airtight container, protected from light and air, at room temperature.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to follow the progress of your delivery.

You can easily pause or cancel your subscription by accessing your customer account on our website. You can also send us an email at cafe@sainthenri.ca. Simply indicate the duration of the desired break or termination.
