In southern Peru, within the Andes mountain range, the Cuzco region benefits from high altitudes, a temperate climate, and fertile soils perfect for coffee cultivation. The coffees produced there are often praised for their sweetness, balance, and indulgent notes.
Process
The Swiss Water Process is a decaffeination method that uses only high-temperature water and filters to remove caffeine, without the use of chemical solvents. This process preserves most of the coffee's original aromas and characteristics while eliminating over 99% of the caffeine.
