Il y a 5 ans Adrian Lasso et son frère Nestor ont repris la ferme familiale où ils mettent l'accent sur l'expérimentation et des cafés de qualité exceptionnelle. Sur leur ferme, El Diviso, ils cultivent plusieurs variétés comme le Sidra. Une variété hybride appréciée pour son profil aromatique complexe, ses notes vives de fruits tropicaux, son acidité vive et sa texture soyeuse. Ce lot est sublimé par un procédé complexe et parfaitement maîtrisé par Adrian appelé hydro miel naturel qui repose sur plusieurs étapes.
