A reinvented classic!

Inspired by Italian traditions, our Colosseo Espresso is strong, round, and bitter with low acidity. It will provide you with a full-bodied and heavy espresso, and tastes amazing as a traditional style cappuccino.

Characteristics

The current lot is a naturally processed yellow bourbon from the Cachoeira Da Grama farm located in the Mogiana region of Brazil. Fazenda Cachoeira da Grama has been in the Carvalho Dias family since 1890. Gabriel de Carvalho Dias was responsible for the management of the property, until 2016 when Bourbon took over the administration of the farm. The company uses the farm as a processing plant and as a research and development center for varieties, picking, processing, drying with a focus on improving quality in order to become a reference. On this farm, everything is done manually, which includes handling and harvesting, as its topography does not allow any kind of mechanization.
