Talking about this coffee, Alejo shares: "It's our most traditional variety (Caturra) and our best-seller around the world. We've been harvesting it for 50 years and it used to account for 90% of our production. It's a mutation of Bourbon and has a strong homogeneous quality. It's one of those coffees you could drink every day".
