The 2025 edition of Les Carillons combines a washed Burundi with a natural Ethiopian. The result is a festive blend with round, indulgent notes of gingerbread and a bright acidity reminiscent of dried apricots. Enjoy it any way you like, as a filter coffee, espresso or with milk.

Once again this year, two dollars per bag sold will be donated to the CHU Sainte Justine Foundation, which supports sick children and their families.

We will donate an amount of two dollars for every bag of Les Carillons sold from November 14 to December 31, with a guaranteed minimum contribution of fifteen hundred dollars. Please note that the name of the CHU Sainte Justine Foundation is used with permission. Burundi
The Duharanirikawa Cooperative, which means "protecting coffee of all kinds", was founded in 2013 to serve as a central collection point for its members. This central location facilitated the transport of cherries to the washing station and prevented theft during the weighing and payment processes. The cooperative was created with the aim of boosting coffee production and quality, helping to increase farmers' incomes and improve their living conditions.

Ethiopia
This washing station was established in 2014 by Ayele Tulu, who is a second-generation grower. The coffee collected by Ayele's washing station is grown at altitudes ranging from 2,000 to 2,340 MASL. Over 600 coffee growers deliver their cherries to the washing station and 15 permanent employees work there. Coffee is a family affair, as his eldest son, Tsegab, has also worked in the industry for many years and today owns his own traceable coffee export company, Heleph Coffee Export. Heleph oversees all coffee preparation protocols, from harvest to export, ensuring the highest quality beans.
