Our long-awaited Les Carillons holiday blend is back! It's the ideal companion for your long mornings in pajamas and the perfect gift to spread the Christmas spirit to your loved ones!

Characteristics

We've developed and roasted this seasonal blend so that it is versatile; as delicious extracted for filter coffee as it is for espresso. This year, it's once again an all-African blend, with a base of natural processed Ethiopian from Worka Chelbesa mixed with a small quantity of a washed Ethiopian from Nensebo Riripa. This duo combines beautifully to create a fruity, sweet and comforting result. This year, for every bag sold, we will donate 2$ to Fondation CHU Sainte-Justine, and to Lauberivière shelter for those sold in the capital.

Coffee that is responsibly sourced

Fondée par Fekadu Jebril en 2010 et nommée en l'honneur de son épouse, la station de lavage Hana Asrat est située dans la forêt de Yabitu Koba/Harsu près de Tibe Haro. Plus de 500 petits agriculteurs des environs y apportent leurs cerises mûres pour la transformation. La plupart d'entre eux produisent du café dans des jardins d’en moyenne 0.5 à 2 hectares autour de leurs maisons. Certaines des variétés cultivées sont plus jeunes et introduites par le Jimma Agricultural Research Center (JARC) tandis que d’autres poussent naturellement sur les terres où ils vivent.
