Trio discovery capsules

Would you like to discover our compostable capsules compatible with Nespresso but you don't know where to start? The trio is made up of a box of Colosseo, a box of Holycow and a box of Decaf Huila. Good tasting!

Before brewing a capsule, we recommend that you purge your Nespresso machine by running it without a capsule for one cycle. Always use clean, filtered water.

Colosseo

Inspired by Italian traditions, Colosseo is a more developed roast that will appeal to fans looking for a more classic profile. In the cup, we taste flavors of toasted pecan and 90% dark chocolate that pair particularly well with milk, for an unparalleled latte or cappuccino!

Holycow

Our popular Holycow Espresso is specially designed to be the base for unparalleled lattes and cappuccinos where the taste of coffee remains strong. We carefully select freshly harvested coffee with a sweet, chocolatey and balanced profile that harmonizes perfectly with milk. We taste a particularly sweet and easy-to-approach espresso with dominant notes of hazelnut and black cherry, as well as a long chocolate finish.

Zen Decaf

This coffee is an intentional union of different micro-lots highlighting the unique and specific sensory attributes of the Huila and Narino region of Colombia. The decaffeination process takes place directly in Colombia, at the Descafecol factory in Manizales, which significantly reduces the carbon footprint. The method uses ethyl acetate, derived from processing locally grown sugarcane, as a natural solvent to remove caffeine. We taste a balanced cup, with flavors of milk chocolate and hazelnuts, with small notes of blackberries.

Tip: Purge the Nespresso machine by running it once without a capsule.
